BFC Discovery AL is a small, lightweight aluminium click and pawl reel for 4WT to 6WT. The series has a high quality click drag system. This allows for precise drag control when using lightweight tippets.Crafted with the same precisionand attention to detail as other BFC reels, the Discovery AL series is has set the standard for clicker-style reels. The frame, foot, spool and other components are manufactured from aluminium. The Dicovery AL series - simple and classic design also makes switching between left and right hand retrieve as easy as a quick flip of the pawls - no tools required.

The Carbon fibre / Teflon disc drag system has a smooth, sensitive detent control to take the drag from ‘off’, to ‘maximum’ setting and provides amazing performance for a reel of this price.
